How to draw cast shadow in perspective drawing - Shadow Perspective Drawing

Hey everyone, today we will learn the method to draw cast shadow in perspective drawing. Basically when we draw any object with the help of perspective method there is need to draw cast shadow for object in right shape. Cast Shadow forms when the light not passes from object and form a shadow behind the object in opposite side of light source. So let's each process step by step how cast shadow drawn in rectangular box.

First step : Draw Rectangular Box with the help of Two point perspectives

In first step friend's we draw any object. So here I am choosen to draw rectangular box so you can learn cast shadow drawing method easily. First you need to draw one horizon line in the middle. After that take two vanishing point at each different side. Draw two lines first from both side by maintaining some gap and intersect it. Draw straight line between the two intersection point. Then draw two straight vertical lines at both side and also draw third line from both points according to the above image.

Second step : Draw Lines from Light Source to the top three corner

Here in second step we will draw straight vertical line from horizon line. This line is one of the most important part of cast Shadow drawing method because how much this line is taller it will make shorter shadow or how much shorter it will make shadow taller and bigger. When light source line drawn we draw lines from upper light source to the top corners of the object. Here you can see in above image how I drawn lines to the top three corners of rectangular box.

Third Step : Draw Lines from Light Source to lower three Corners of Box

In third step friend's we will draw lines from the lower point of straight vertical line of light source to the lower three corners of box. Now here we will see lines from upper light source and lines from lower light source intersecting. Then we draw lines between the intersecting point. You will able to get outline of shadow of cast shadow for the rectangular box.

Four step : Draw the areas of Cast Shadow

At last step friend's we will do shading of cast shadow. Here you need to take care that colour the cast shadow with different shades. Just like here I have shaded darker on that portion where there is no chance of light source and do shading lighter to those portion where some light source available.

Basically for to draw house two point perspectives is best method to draw proper house. So let's start drawing tutorial of house with two point perspectives.

•Always take two point in straight and horizontal pattern.

After knowing all this important points let's start our step by step tutorial.

1. First step: In first step we need to take two point first at two different side in horizontal pattern. Then we draw two lines from both point and lines of two points got matched at vanishing point. After that we draw straight line vertically and it will started to look in 3d rectangular box. We need to draw staright line between two lines of one side according to the length of house . Draw lines from both two points to centre lines. Then draw straight lines from second  point to that point. At last draw parallel lines at other last both point side.

2. Second point: In second step friend's we will draw lines from second point towards the roof side. After that we will draw parallel lines between the two lines of roof. Now our house drawing having proper house roof pattern by following this step.

3. Third step: In this step friend's we will draw front gate of the house. So for to draw gate we need to draw line from one point at the certain height of the house gate as per height requirement. Then we draw two lines straight. In this above image I have drawn  double lines for to make bigger gate.

4. Fourth step: In this step we will draw window for the house. So we draw two lines from 2 point then draw two lines vertically by maintaing some gap. After that draw some lines from 2 point and also draw some staright lines by maintaining gap. When lines are drawn erase extra lines.

5. Fifth step: At last step friend's the main work is to erase extra lines of the drawing. You need to identify the lines which are not part of drawing and erase all the extra lines properly.

1. First step: In first step friend's we will draw outline of corn cob. For to draw proper outline we use grid method but here I am drawing outlinewith freehand. You need to use light grade pencils and here I am using Hb pencils.

2. Second step: In this step friend's we will draw corns so for to draw corns we need to make lines from top to bottom parts according to the size of corn cob. Then made corn shape between the lines and corn should need to touch upper and lower line.

3. Third step: In this step friend's we will shade corn cob. For to do shading take 4b grade pencils and shade on husk part then we blend it with the help of paperstumps. Also we will shade corn with blending stumps and use eraser for add white lines on husk.

4. Fourth step: At last friend's we will will draker grade like 8b and add some drak details on husk and corn. Also we need to shade with 8b pencils at between corns.

3.Third step: Now friend's we will do shading. For shading use 4b pencil on skin area and 6b on corner end side of lines. Then use paperstumps for to give smooth texture on drawing according to the refrence image. Also don't forget to shade leaves with blending stump's.

4.Fourth step: At last step friend's we will use charcoal pencils. Draw some line patterns with charcol pencils on existing line. Then shade the eyes area with charcol pencils by lefting small circle shape at upper corner. It will gives us shining effect eye's on drawing.

How to draw Flower pot step by step tutorials - pencil drawing

For to draw correct outline use grid method but here I have drawn with freehand according to the reference image.

2.Second step: In the second step friend's we will do shading for pot. For to shade we use 4b and 6b graphite pencils. First we shade the upper part of pot and then proceed for the lower part. First we shade with 4b pencil at the whole of pot and then shade with 6b at corner part. Here I have drawn circles on pots then shade with 4b pencil then erase it at the centre part.

3. Third step: In the third step friend's we will do shading of flowers. Here I have drawn different-different flower so I have to do shading of flower according to their texture. So first I shade flower at centre then makes lines on flowers with two grade pencils one is 6b or pencils. First I shade with 4b then draw lines on it according to texture from 4b pencils. Also I am flowing same step for to Drawing other flower according to their texture.

4.Fourth step: In the fourth step friend's we will do shading of leaves and stems. Shading of leaves is one of the most easiest step in this drawing. Here we will follow the simple steps is we take 4b pencil and draw some lines at the upper of leaves according to the reference image. Also shade the stems of flowers with 8b pencil. At last use paperstumps for to give smooth texture to the flower pot drawing.

How to draw Rose - with pencil - step by step tutorial

Hey Guy's, today we were learn to Rose with the help of graphite pencils. We known that we gift rose to special one's and you can also gift rose drawing to special one's. This drawing will help you in the improvement of your drawing skills. So before we start let's know the drawing tools first that we need for to draw rose.

These are the some important point that we must take care when we are going to draw Rose drawing with pencil:

•Use pencil eraser or kneaded eraser for to add details in rose drawing.

After knowing all this important point let's start the step by step tutorial for to draw Rose with the help of Graphite pencils.

1.First step: In the first step we will draw the outline of rose patels. Here I am using mechanical pencil you can use HB pencil or 2B pencils for to draw outline so you can erase it easily. You can draw outline of rose petals according to the image step by step. First start to draw petals from the top and proceed slowly - slowly. Then draw corner outline of the rose petals.

2.Second step: Now friend's in second step we will draw the outline of rose stem and rose leaf. We need to draw to lines through downwards form the rose petals and it should be thin in shape. Draw leafs from stems and remember in mind that we need to draw leafs shape according to rose leaf. Rose leafs will be having pointed corner and you can see how I draw this patterns in above image.

3.Third step: In third step friend's we will do shading for the rose petals. For shading First I shade with 4b pencil at the all areas petal. Then I use 6b pencils to highlight the some darker areas of rose petals. We need to use 8b pencils at some corners of rose petals. You can shade according to your rose refrence image.

4.Fourth step: In this step guy's we will shade stems and leaf part. For to shade leafs we need to use 6b and 8b pencils. First we shade with 6b pencils and then use 8b pencils according to need.  For to shade leafs I have used only 2b pencils because we need not to add darker shades to the rose leafs. After shading leafs we add some pattern with 4b pencils on the leaves.

5.Fifth step: At last step friend's we will do blending and add some details by using pencil eraser. Here I am doing blending with the help of paperstumps and we need to use paperstumps at the rose petals so it will look realistic. At last use pencil eraser for to add some white texture according to the reference image.

We use 8b graphite pencils or charcoal pencils at one side for dark shades for adding depth.

At last we will shade with 4b pencils at whole part and left some part at centre according to the reference image.

3.Third step: In this step friend's we will shade with 6b pencil at lower part according to the reference image. Also we use paperstumps for to add smooth texture on Apple drawing. We will use paperstumps at shading area where we will use 4b pencils.

4.Fourth step: In this step friend's we will draw line pattern according to refrence image. As you can how I draw lines according to image of apple. For to draw lines use 8b dark grade pencils. We need to draw from upper and also some from lower areas. Then we will eraser and erase some parts at one side where there is lighter shades so it's will help us to give shinning effect. Also in this step friend's we will shade leaves of apple according to reference image by using 4b & 6b pencils.

5. Fifth step: At last step friend's we add some details by using pencil eraser. You can see how I am using eraser for to giving pattern of lines according to apple image. It will helps us alot for to give realistic look. Then we draw shadow texture by using paperstumps according to the reference image .

How to draw 3D square box on paper - step by step tutorial with pencil

These are some important points that we must take care when we are going to draw 3D square drawing on paper:

1.Draw always outline of square on paper with the lighter grade graphite pencils or mechanical pencil for lighter outline.

2.Cut paper from the middle of square with the help of paper cutter with lefting the lower side paper with drawing. 

3.Use Paperstumps or tissue papers for to give smooth texture on our drawing.

So after knowing all this important points let's start our step by step tutorial for to draw 3D Square box on paper.

1.First step: In first step friend's we will draw outline of square shape. For to draw outline I am using 2b pencils for lighter shades. Here I am drawn outline with the help of two point perspectives. You need to take point two point one at left side or one at right side. Then take two lines from both point and matched it according to image. You will observe that you will getted square shape.

2.Second step: In this second step friend's we will draw outline of shadow. For to draw shadow friend's you need to take one point at lower side. Draw straight lines towards upper side and match one line at middle where two lines meets or two at both side according to image. At last draw line from two point perspectives at shadow area and erase extra lines. Now our shadow outline is complete.

3.Third step: In this step friend's we will do shading for our square shape. First I am shading with 2b pencils at square part and then applying second layer at corners with 6b pencils. Also using 8b pencils at upper part.

4.Fourth step: In this step friend's we will do blending part. As you can see here I am using paperstumps in first part of image for smooth texture. Use kneaded eraser at centre part for to add more details and shading with 8b pencils at corner parts.

5.Fifth step: In this last step friend's we will draw shadow and cutting paper from middle part. For to do shading for shadow use 6b pencils and cut the white paper from middle by lefting lower white paper with drawing. Now we will able to see it in 3d and just started looking like floating square at some angles.

•You can draw outline of trees by using grid method or by freehand as per your needs.
So after knowing all these important points let's know the step by step tutorial tutorial for to draw Trees.

First step: In the first step Friend's we will draw stems and trunks of tree. For to draw stems and trunks use light grade pencils like 2b or hb graphite pencils. Also draw wooden textures on stems. Draw small straight lines on stems according to image for give wooden texture's.

Second step: In second step friend's we will do shading for the crown part of tree. For shading use 4b or 6b pencils. As you can see first i shade with 4b pencil and give shape of oval shape. You follow this steps for to draw trunks part of tree.

Third step: In this step friend's we will complete shading for the crown part of tree. Here I am shading with 6b graphite pencils at the corner of parts of crown areas. You can see in image how I do shading and follow this step to add different shades.

Fourth step: In this step we will blend the crown part of tree. So for blending I am using paperstumps. By using paperstumps we get smooth texture on our crown part of tree. We also draw with 8b pencil on stem parts to give wooden texture.

Fifth step: In last step friend's we draw branches for the tree. So for to draw branches I am using charcol or 8b pencils. We draw it on crown part of tree according to the image. You need to draw some small wooden stem at some parts where we need to add branches.
